This week’s One-Hit Wonder is ‘Counting the Beat’ by The Swingers. A Number 1 smash hit in 1981 the group was formed around Phil Judd, a founding member of Split Enz and Bones Hillman who went on to be an integral part of Midnight Oil until his passing last year but ‘Counting the Beat’ was a classic OHW.
